Upon entering Paradise Dreams Villa, you enter a specious living room with vaulted ceilings, open to the dining room and large picture windows from floor to ceiling facing the waterway and pool. This spectacular large open area frames the views of the outdoors, brings in the wonderful tropical sunlight of South Florida. As you enter this home, you will truly appreciate the Florida living with the water view and spectacular sunsets. Natural light creates a soft glow highlighting at all hours of the day. The ground floor area features large sofa groups with flat-screen TV, a formal dining table for 8, a modern kitchen with bar seating, a popular ping-pong table for family fun, and a full-size bathroom.

The great staircase leads to the second floor and access to bedrooms and an oversized balcony. A spiral staircase leading to a small 3rd floor roof terrace, with excellent views of the area and waterways and sunrise/sunset. This is called a “Widows Watch”, also known as a “roofwalk”. The view is spectacular, and canals and the famous and historic Lighthouse can be seen from here.

Kitchen:

This home features a beautiful and well-appointed contemporary kitchen with all modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need (and more) while on vacation, and only requires you to bring food, beverages and condiments. The kitchen floor plan allowing the chef to interact with the guests while enjoying the water view. Nice bar seating for 5 and dining area for 8 persons. There is plenty of space to cook the finest cuisine for all your family and friends.

A bedroom with full size bed, flat-screen TV, private bath with walk-in shower and direct access to the pool area. A 2nd bedroom on the ground floor with full size bed and flat-screen TV.

Second Floor Bedrooms:

An oversized Master Suite Bedroom is located upstairs. Furnished with one California king bed, large private bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath tub, picture window facing the pool. Paradise Dreams Villa’s Patio, Pool & Outdoor Lounge Area is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Outdoor dining table for 6 and bar seating for 7. A large 120 feet dock and pool area are both spacious and private. The setting is truly magnificent.  Sit back and relax, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
